For a fast delivery of your order, we rely on our shipping partner My Parcel.

Do you live near our location? Then you can pick up your order during the agreed times.

Delivery prices
For orders lower than this amount, we use the following rates (delivery to the Belgian address):

Delivery options
Orders with a delivery address in Belgium can be delivered

at home or at work
Delivery at home or at work
Receive your package at your specified address. Our shipping partner bpost ensures delivery between 9 am and 3 pm during working days.

Delivery time
If you place your order on weekdays before 3 pm, we will send your package the next day. Your package will be delivered the next working day by bpost.

Orders after 3 pm are delivered 2 working days later.

Placing an order on Friday:
- Before 3 pm: delivered on Wednesday
- After 3 pm: delivered on Thursday


Track your delivery
As soon as your package leaves our store, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In that email you will find a Track & Trace code and a link with which you can follow the exact delivery status of your package.

Missed delivery
If you have opted for home or work delivery, you must sign a receipt. Were you not at home? Then the postman leaves a note in your mailbox. This note contains the 2 options you have to receive your package. You can pick up your package with the note at the nearest postal collection point. The address of this collection point is on the note.
